This is the general contractor that extends its work by
undertaking program management. Work Includes demolition of existing buildings,
the acquisition of a new site, hiring workers and other design professionals on
behalf of the owner, performing the planning stage; advertising, financing and
payrolls, supervising and helping to administer.
Package Builders:
Such companies offer contract for both design and construction of a building, in addition, also works on acquisition of land and financing of
the project.
