What are the main types of construction and why it is important to build a Fire proof Buildings?

Building Elements

Building classes are determined on the basis of Building elements. The basic building elements are:

Fire resistive Construction

The building material that is being used in construction must have a fire resisting capacity Building structure is made into that way which can resist maximum amount of fire. Alarm and water system should also be set for the fire.  Skip wood material for the roofs and walls. Use Concrete instead.

Non Combustible construction

Less fire resistance than the 1^st mentioned type but use insulation for fire Hazards. It consists of building that has light material exterior walls with non-combustible walls and roofs. These are highly damageable buildings because they use steel which gets weak at a specific heat or temperature

Ordinary Construction   

Exterior walls are made up of non-combustible, combustible material and interior walls are made up of wood. More risk of getting fire. 

Frame Construction

External and internal frame structures are made up of wood and they can easily get affected by fire. This is more dangerous than any other construction.

There are many construction companies are working in Pakistan. They are working on national and international projects.

Construction is the most dangerous profession now a days. Many labors get killed during the construction of complex and large projects. It is also a risky profession. If you build the material or building wrong that it might face disaster. Many largest bridges and building in the world get destruct because of the wrong construction schemes. Many buildings get completely destroy during the Earthquakes and heavy rain because their construction is not based on earthquake or rain proof structure. Many developed countries are still failed to construct fire proof or Earthquake proof buildings. Safety of the work place and security of the building should be the main concern of construction companies.
